We may not always understand God’s dealings and His delays in our life. Bad things can come our way, hardships and letdowns come and go and we may find ourselves lamenting whether God cares or even sees what we may be going through. He does! He has a purpose and a plan in our heartbreak. Do you trust Him? Mary and Martha were mourning the illness of their brother, Lazarus, and cried unto the Lord in John 11:3-4 “Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick. When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.”
God often allows trying circumstances to come, in order strengthen our resolve to trust in Him and to bring glory to Himself through our trial.
