Are you thirsty for a revived heart?
Psalm 85:6 “Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?”
A revived heart is a happy heart! Sin will not rest in the secret places of my soul. A revived heart is a heart resolved to faithfulness. “I must not fail my LORD.”
In order to serve the Lord for the long haul, we have to have a sacrificial heart, remembering that nothing belongs to me anyway. A revived heart is in love with God’s people. A revived heart does not retreat from Godly people or service through the Lord’s church. Other Christians are my family. I must not live in estrangement from them…for any reason.
Admit to the true condition of your heart… “O LORD, revive my heart this day.” I want a happy heart!
