Music has always been a comfort and encouragement to my soul. Through the years of my life and during my darkest days, the Lord has used spiritual, God honoring music to breathe His breath back into my spirit. The truth is…God honoring music contains the Word of God. Along with the Bible, filling your mind on a daily basis with truly spiritual music can help keep your mind stayed on Thee.
Avoid Christian music that appeals to the flesh. Often, it will be the feel good kind of music. It may make your toes tap but if it borrows the world styles in its appeal…avoid it like the plague. Truly God honoring music will not seek to appeal to the flesh…but always the Spirit. Learn to know the difference.
Psalm 32:7 "Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah"
Deliverance is near…..just listen for the music!

We were blessed to hear some of that God-honoring music yesterday in all three services. I pray that the spirit behind it all will continue to be sweet and that God will be pleased.
